What this notice covers
This notice describes the launch updates signup on fieldrush.gg. It covers the information you submit through that form and how we manage the resulting email list.
What we save and why
We save your email address, the time you signed up, and which signup form you used. We use these details to manage the launch updates list, record your signup, and contact you with Fieldrush launch news later.
Repeated signups do not create extra copies of your contact or replace your original signup details.
Where the information goes
We use Supabase to store the email list in our production database. Your email and signup details are shared with Supabase for that purpose.
The website also processes technical request information to serve the site and protect the signup form. The signup route temporarily uses a protected hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it does not add your IP address to the email list. Our hosting provider may process request information as part of operating the website.
Removing your email
We keep signup details while managing the launch updates list. You can ask us to remove your email by contacting hello@fieldrush.gg from the address you signed up with.
Future launch update emails will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also use the contact address above at any time to ask about your signup information.
