This notice explains how Fieldrush LLC handles account information, bookings, ratings, match footage, and support records. Recording permissions are described separately in the Participation Waiver & Recording Consent.

## 1. Who we are and what this notice covers
Fieldrush LLC ("Fieldrush," "we," "us") operates the Fieldrush app, associated websites, and organized recreational soccer services. This notice covers our US service, including Season 0 in the Tempe/Phoenix area. It does not describe the independent practices of a venue, app store, or a website you visit through an external link.

## 2. Information we collect

We collect information from you, your devices, authorized referees and organizers, other users who submit reports or interact with your profile, and providers involved in authentication, payments, hosting, and communications. Please do not send full medical records or unnecessary sensitive details in a routine support message. We may ask for limited information reasonably needed to review a safety incident or exception.

Payment entry and authorization are handled through Stripe and, when selected, the relevant digital wallet. Fieldrush receives transaction information needed to confirm payment and handle refunds; we do not store your full payment-card number or security code in Fieldrush account records.

Choosing a city or opening directions is not the same as granting continuous location access. Any device-location collection introduced as a feature must be explained before the permission is requested. Photo/camera access, where offered, is used for the action you choose. Filming at the pitch is separate from permissions on your phone.

## 3. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and bookings; verify payments and issue refunds; organize teams and match-day attendance; calculate ratings and statistics; provide replays and clips; deliver requested notifications; answer questions; investigate abuse, fraud, or safety incidents; maintain evidence of agreements; comply with applicable obligations; and improve service reliability.

Promotional use of identifiable match footage is described in the media permission within the Participation Waiver & Recording Consent. That permission covers Fieldrush's own website, social posts, app promotions, and advertisements, with a removal-request and future-use withdrawal process. We obtain affirmative acceptance of that permission before a covered recorded booking; accepting this privacy notice alone is not media permission.

Optional marketing messages are separate from permission to appear in match footage or Fieldrush promotions. Booking, payment, account-security, and safety messages may still be sent when optional marketing communications are turned off.

## 4. What other people can see
Your displayed name, username, profile image, selected city, soccer profile, relevant match history/statistics, visible ratings, social connections, and clips shared through community features may be visible to other users. The feature and your available settings determine the audience. Do not put information you want to keep private into a public name, photo, clip title, or other shared field.

Your complete date of birth, contact email, phone number, and payment details are not intended to be public player-profile fields. Authorized staff and service providers may access relevant private information to operate the service. We do not intentionally reveal a reporter's identity to the reported player; information may still need to be shared to investigate fairly, protect safety, or meet a legal obligation.

A recorded game is not a confidential session. For all Season 0 games, full-match livestreams and replays are available only to signed-in Fieldrush users, including users who did not play. Full-match coverage is not offered for anonymous public viewing. All Season 0 games include video/photo coverage, game audio, livestreaming, stored replays, and exportable/shareable player clips, as disclosed before booking. Identifiable promotional excerpts or photos may be posted publicly by Fieldrush under the separately accepted participation/media agreement, even when the full match is limited to app members. A permitted player-clip export, screenshot, or download can allow further viewing outside the app; sharing a full-match link does not remove the sign-in requirement. We cannot promise that other users will never copy or redistribute content. Deleting a profile clip does not by itself delete the original match recording.

## 5. When we share information
We share information as reasonably needed with providers that support our service. Current systems include **Supabase** for account/database/storage services, **Stripe** for payments and related fraud controls, and **Cloudflare** for video delivery and processing. Where enabled or selected, **Firebase and Apple/Google services** support notifications or sign-in. Email/SMS delivery and hosting providers also process the data needed for their functions. A provider may also handle some information for its own legally required purposes under its own notice, such as payment compliance or account security.

We also share relevant information with authorized referees/organizers; with other users or viewers through the features described above; with advisers, insurers, or emergency responders when appropriate; to comply with lawful requests or protect rights and safety; and in a genuine business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards and notices. Sharing is limited to the purpose involved. Providers engaged to process data for us must be subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and use restrictions.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Permission to promote Fieldrush using match footage is not permission to sell your identity or data to unrelated advertisers. A new materially different use will require an updated notice and any choice or permission required by law.

## 6. Choices and communications
You can edit available profile information and preferences, use available clip controls, and change optional notification settings. Device notification, photo, or camera permissions can also be changed through device settings. Turning off notifications does not cancel a booking or alter its refund rules.

You can unsubscribe from optional marketing emails through their unsubscribe method or contact us. Any marketing-text program requires its own applicable opt-in/opt-out process; providing a phone number for authentication is not, by itself, agreement to promotional texts. Authentication and transactional communications are distinct from marketing.

To request removal of a Fieldrush promotional post/video featuring you, or stop future promotional use of your likeness, email **hello@fieldrush.gg** with enough information to identify you and the content. After reasonable verification, we will remove or edit identifiable promotional content from placements we control and stop new promotional uses as reasonably practicable. The combined agreement explains the process and the limits for completed livestreams, third-party copies, and any lawful retention. Requests concerning full-match replays, other users' clips, or account/data deletion are also reviewed under the relevant privacy and recording provisions.

## 7. Retention and account deletion
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this notice, considering account activity, ongoing replay/profile features, legal obligations, fraud and safety needs, disputes, and the sensitivity of the information. We review continued retention rather than treating account creation as permission to keep everything forever.

You may initiate account deletion through **Account details > Delete account**, or request account/data deletion by emailing **hello@fieldrush.gg** with the subject **Privacy / account deletion**. The email route is available without reinstalling the app. We may reasonably verify identity before acting; do not send your password, verification code, or full card details.

A deletion request does not itself cancel bookings or issue refunds. We will explain any outstanding booking or financial matter and provide a support route rather than use it to retain unrelated information indefinitely. We will confirm completion or explain the specific records and reasons for any retention. Deletion is not conditioned on waiving a legally owed refund or other nonwaivable right.

Removing an account does not automatically erase your appearance from a multi-player recording or from someone else's copy. Identify relevant match footage in your request so we can assess removal, editing, restriction, or another appropriate response, including action with our processors where required. Removing your name alone does not make recognizable footage anonymous. We cannot undo a completed livestream or guarantee retrieval of independent copies outside our control.

## 8. Security and processing location
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No system is risk-free. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized account use; never give another player or organizer your login code.

Fieldrush operates its US service from the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Applicable protections and any required transfer safeguards depend on the processing and relevant law. We do not promise that all data remains in Arizona or solely in the United States.

## 9. Age and applicable privacy rights
The service is intended for adults 18 and older, not for children. Do not create an account or participate if you are under 18. If you believe an underage person has supplied information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including removal where required.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a request decision. These rights can have exceptions and verification requirements. Contact hello@fieldrush.gg; we will respond within the period applicable to your request and explain any lawful limitation. We will not penalize you for exercising a protected privacy right, although deletion or withdrawal can make a requested feature unavailable. This notice does not claim that every state's privacy statute applies to Fieldrush or every user.

## 10. Updates and contact
We will publish an updated effective date when this notice changes. We will provide additional notice and obtain any required permission before materially changing a use that requires it. Changes do not retroactively expand an earlier recording or promotional permission.
