# Season 0 Recording Notice

## Full-match audience
All Season 0 full-match livestreams and replays are available only to signed-in Fieldrush users, including users who did not play. Full-match coverage is not offered for anonymous public viewing. Sharing a full-match link does not remove the sign-in requirement.

## Coverage for every Season 0 game
Coverage includes video/photos, game audio, livestreaming, stored replays, and exportable/shareable player clips. Coverage may show your appearance, voice, player name/username, game location/time, score, and statistics. Your match identifier, date, venue, and this notice version are shown before payment and saved with the booking's acceptance record.

## Public photos, clips, and Fieldrush promotions
The separate required media acknowledgment authorizes the disclosed match coverage and Fieldrush's public use of identifiable match photos or excerpts on its website, app, official social-media accounts, and in Fieldrush advertisements, under Part B of the Participation Waiver & Recording Consent. This acknowledgment is separate from the participation/injury release and is required for each Season 0 booking. It is not consent to promotional emails or texts.

Authorized users may export and personally share game clips, including outside the app. These exports and independent copies may reach people who are not signed in. Full-match access through Fieldrush remains limited to signed-in users. Harassment, deceptive edits, and unrelated commercial endorsements are not authorized.

## Retention and requests
Match recordings and clips are ordinarily retained for at least 365 days from recording or clip creation, with no automatic expiry. Continued retention is reviewed for the disclosed service and legitimate safety/legal needs. Verified removal or deletion requests and applicable legal requirements may require earlier removal, editing, or restriction. Permanent availability is not promised.

To request removal of identifiable promotional content, withdraw permission for future promotional use, or ask for review of a full-match replay, clip, or personal information, email **hello@fieldrush.gg** with your account/name, game date, and a link or timestamp where available. We may reasonably verify identity and clarify the requested scope. Requests are reviewed under section 10 of the Participation Waiver & Recording Consent and the Privacy Policy; sending a request is not confirmation that content or an account has been deleted.

Fieldrush removes or edits identifiable promotional content from placements it controls as reasonably practicable after verification and stops new promotional uses after processing a withdrawal. A routine booking must not silently reinstate withdrawn promotional permission. We cannot undo completed livestreams or guarantee retrieval of third-party copies. Deleting a profile clip does not automatically delete the underlying match recording.

## Your acceptance
Read the complete **Participation Waiver & Recording Consent, version FR-PARTICIPATION-2026-11-21-V1**, before accepting in the app. The authenticated booking flow records your separate media acknowledgment with this notice and match details. Reading this public notice does not record consent. Material changes after booking require a new disclosure and preserve the refund rights described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
