# Terms of Service Accounts, paid games, ratings, and community rules **Version:** FR-TERMS-2026-11-21-V1 **Effective date:** November 21, 2026 **Website:** https://fieldrush.gg These terms govern Fieldrush's US app and organized adult soccer services. They are separate from the Participation Waiver & Recording Consent. Season 0 is a founding season, not a waiver of consumer rights. ## 1. Agreement and operator These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and **Fieldrush LLC**, an Arizona limited liability company ("Fieldrush," "we," "us"). They apply to the Fieldrush app, associated websites, and the US games you book through the service. Contact: **hello@fieldrush.gg**; mailing address: **500 W 1st St, Mailbox 100, Tempe, AZ 85281**. Please read the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Participation Waiver & Recording Consent applicable to your game. The privacy notice explains data practices; acknowledging it is not itself acceptance of the participation release or media permission. The combined agreement clearly describes both match coverage and Fieldrush promotional use, including removal requests, and requires affirmative acceptance where applicable. You agree to these terms through an affirmative acceptance step. You may save a copy and request a copy of the version you accepted. We are an independent organizer; renting a municipal field or recruiting university-area players does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by a city, university, or sports governing body. ## 2. Who may participate and account responsibilities You must be **18 or older**, legally able to enter this agreement, and provide accurate eligibility and contact information. Each participant must have their own authorized booking and personally complete required acknowledgments. A friend, team organizer, or party leader cannot waive another adult's rights for them. Keep account access secure, do not share authentication codes, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not impersonate another person, deliberately misstate age or skill, create accounts to evade restrictions, or manipulate bookings or rankings. You are responsible for your own authorized account use, not automatically for every unauthorized act you promptly report. ## 3. Season 0 and the service offered Season 0 is our founding season. We are starting with a small schedule and improving the app and match-day experience with player feedback. The target duration is approximately three months, but dates and future features are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a confirmed offer. A booking buys the specific soccer service described in that listing, not equity, a subscription, guaranteed ranking progress, or permanent access to every future feature. The match listing identifies the venue, schedule, price, format, and included services. Experimental or unavailable features will not be represented as guaranteed inclusions. A beta/founding-season label does not excuse an incorrect charge or eliminate the remedies in our refund policy or applicable law. ## 4. Prices, payment, and booking confirmation New US bookings are charged in **US dollars**. Before payment we show the match price, applicable taxes/fees, and any separately itemized refundable reliability deposit. Prices may differ between games. A price change will not retroactively increase an already confirmed booking. Payments are processed through Stripe and supported payment methods. Selecting a method or seeing a temporary card authorization is not itself a confirmed place. Check the booking confirmation/status. If a payment succeeds but we cannot provide the corresponding booking, we will arrange a full refund to the original payment method rather than silently issue wallet credit. You authorize the amount you expressly confirm. This agreement does not authorize automatic recurring charges, future penalty charges, or an undisclosed deposit. A new purchase or other valid separate authorization is needed for an additional charge. Avoid paying again while an earlier attempt is being checked; contact support to reconcile uncertainty. The Cancellation & Refund Policy governs ordinary cancellations and remedies. Any different booking-specific terms must be clearly disclosed before purchase and saved with that booking. A later policy update, internal setting, or casual message cannot remove a refund entitlement already promised or a nonwaivable right. ## 5. Match format, attendance, and team organization Games are normally scheduled as **7v7**, including goalkeepers. Attendance, late arrivals, injuries, or disciplinary incidents can change numbers. Where disclosed before booking, a completed match may proceed with smaller or uneven teams only within the minimum player numbers and format rules shown in the game listing and saved with your booking, subject to the referee's safety decision. Numerical imbalances may affect rating calculations under the published match rules. We do not provide standby replacement players for Season 0. Before kickoff, the referee may ask a consenting player to change teams to improve balance. Players are not required to sit out solely to equalize numbers, and ranked games do not move players between opposing teams after kickoff. Safety, injury, discipline, and venue restrictions can still require a participant to stop playing; payment never guarantees a right to continue unsafely. Arrive by the check-in deadline shown for your game. Late entry requires the referee's permission at a suitable stoppage and does not extend the booking. No-show cutoffs, cancellation consequences, and any reliability restrictions are disclosed through the applicable booking/reliability rules. Repeated nonattendance may restrict future bookings. We do not add several attendance penalties for the same incident merely by labeling it both late and a no-show. Specific teammates, an exact playing position for every minute, an uninterrupted livestream, and a perfectly equal contest are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in the offer. We remain responsible for delivering the service reasonably described, including the remedies for a materially different or undeliverable match. ## 6. Safety and conduct Soccer involves physical exertion, contact, falls, and potentially serious injury. Follow referee and venue instructions, use appropriate equipment, report hazards, and stop if you feel injured or unwell. Do not climb or hang from goals, interfere with cameras/cables, or move Fieldrush equipment without permission. Violence outside ordinary play, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, deliberate dangerous play, intoxication that makes participation unsafe, vandalism, and interference with others' privacy are prohibited. A referee may stop play or remove a player for safety or conduct reasons. No ranking or refund rule should be understood as requiring someone to play through an injury. We are not a medical provider and do not guarantee medical personnel will be at a game. In an emergency, contact emergency services and the on-site organizer. App support is not an emergency channel. The separate participation waiver explains risk acknowledgment and the limited release requested; this section is not a substitute for it. ## 7. Skill Rating, statistics, and corrections Skill Rating (SR) is a game-system estimate, not a certification of ability, fitness, or safe conduct. Initial self-assessment and match outcomes can affect it. Under the Season 0 model, numeric SR is normally revealed after two qualifying appearances, with faster movement during early games. The published rating rules explain qualifying participation, uneven teams, and exceptional incidents. We may correct duplicate awards, inaccurate results, fraud, and implementation errors using a recorded review process. We may improve future rules with notice; we will not quietly rewrite a purchased game's rules to remove a promised benefit. A correction under existing rules is different from a new rule. Rankings are not money or property and do not by themselves create a right to a prize. Season 1 dates, SR carryover/reset treatment, and any prizes require separately published details before players are asked to rely on them. No cash prize, contest eligibility, or payout is promised by these terms alone. ## 8. Content, recordings, and acceptable use You retain rights you have in profile photos and other content you provide. You give Fieldrush a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and deliver that content as reasonably necessary for the feature and audience you select. Provider processing and ordinary formatting do not transfer ownership of your identity or image to Fieldrush. Fieldrush may publish identifiable match photos or excerpts to promote its own service under the expressly accepted Participation Waiver & Recording Consent. That agreement provides a takedown-request and future-use withdrawal process. Uploading profile content or accepting these Terms alone is not acceptance of the separate participation/media agreement. Only upload content you are entitled to share. Do not post unlawful, threatening, exploitative, infringing, or misleading material, disclose someone's private contact information, or use footage to target or harass a person. Report problematic profiles, clips, or conduct through the reporting/support tools. Downloads or sharing features do not authorize resale, unapproved commercial advertising, deceptive editing, or use of another player's identity as an unrelated endorsement. Shared content can be copied by viewers; we do not guarantee we can recover every outside copy. You must also respect the rights of other people in a recording. Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, scrape private data, manipulate payment/refund flows, submit fabricated results, or interfere with its operation. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. ## 9. Moderation, restrictions, and account deletion We may restrict access or participation for a material rule violation, credible safety concern, fraud, or legal requirement. Urgent restrictions may occur first, but we will provide an explanation and a review route where reasonably possible without compromising safety or an investigation. Contact hello@fieldrush.gg to request review. Removal from a match for your own substantiated misconduct does not automatically create a refund. Unrelated future bookings canceled by Fieldrush must still be addressed under the refund policy rather than automatically confiscated. Good-faith privacy or payment disputes are not, by themselves, grounds to confiscate funds. You may request deletion in Account details or through hello@fieldrush.gg. Deletion and cancellation are separate processes. Unsettled bookings, legally owed refunds, and any paid credit must be resolved consistently with the applicable terms and law; deleting an account is not a blanket authorization to forfeit every balance. Limited lawful records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. ## 10. Availability, service problems, and responsibility We use reasonable efforts to operate the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free software, a particular result, or universal device/network compatibility. Contact us promptly about a material problem so we can investigate. An internet, app, recording, weather, or venue problem does not erase an applicable cancellation/refund obligation. To the extent permitted by law, for ordinary claims arising solely from use of the digital service, Fieldrush is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its aggregate liability is limited to the greater of **$100 or the amounts you paid Fieldrush during the preceding 12 months**. This limited clause does **not** cap or release bodily injury or death claims, gross negligence, recklessness, intentional misconduct, fraud, obligations to issue promised refunds, or liability/consumer remedies that cannot legally be limited. The separate waiver, if enforceable, addresses specified ordinary-negligence participation claims. No provision guarantees that Fieldrush is immune from suit. ## 11. Disputes and governing law Please first tell us about a concern at hello@fieldrush.gg so we can try to resolve it. Informal discussion is encouraged, not a condition that blocks urgent relief, a protected payment dispute, a regulatory complaint, or a court filing within the applicable time limit. Arizona law governs to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to you. Where a venue-selection clause is lawful, disputes may be brought in an appropriate state or federal court in Maricopa County, Arizona, subject to that court's jurisdiction. Small-claims options and mandatory legal rights remain available. These terms do **not** require arbitration or a waiver of jury trial or class-action rights. ## 12. Changes, interpretation, and contact We will provide notice of material changes and seek renewed acceptance where required. New terms apply prospectively; existing booking/refund commitments remain honored. The specific refund policy controls a refund question, and the participation-waiver and recording-consent sections of the combined agreement control their own subjects, always subject to applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remainder applies only to the extent it can fairly and lawfully stand on its own.
