IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE SIGNING. Part A requests a release of certain claims, including specified ordinary-negligence claims where legally enforceable. Part B describes recording, livestreams, sharing, and permission for Fieldrush to post identifiable match footage in its own promotions, including social posts and advertisements. You may request removal and withdraw permission for future promotional use under section 10. This document does not release every claim and does not replace insurance or safe operations.
Part A — Participation risks and limited release
1. Participant, activity, and covered period
I am the adult participant identified in section 12. I am at least 18 years old and am signing for myself, not for another player or a minor. This agreement applies to my participation in Fieldrush LLC's Season 0 soccer activities, including games I book during that season, associated warmups, and permitted on-field activities at the venue identified in each booking. It does not automatically apply to unrelated events or all future seasons.
For this agreement, the Fieldrush Parties means Fieldrush LLC and its members, managers, employees, contracted referees, and volunteers, only in connection with their authorized Fieldrush activities. An independent venue, city, sponsor, or other organization is not automatically released merely because its facilities or name are used. Any separately required venue release must be clearly identified and accepted.
2. Risks I understand
Soccer involves running, sprinting, sudden turns, jumping, tackling/contact, collisions with players or equipment, falls, and being struck by a ball. Injuries may include bruises, sprains, broken bones, ligament injuries including ACL tears, concussion, heat illness, dehydration, cardiac events, permanent disability, paralysis, or death.
Additional risks can arise from uneven or wet ground, holes or worn turf, weather and lighting, differences in skill or fitness, other participants' actions, portable goals/nets, removable boundary markers, camera stands, and cables. Some risks are inherent in the sport; others may result from a person's failure to use reasonable care. Describing a hazard here does not authorize Fieldrush to ignore it or excuse conduct that cannot legally be released.
I understand that playing on a rented field, paying a fee, having a referee, or using an app does not eliminate these risks. I voluntarily choose to participate with this understanding, subject to the limits of this agreement and applicable law.
3. My safety responsibilities and emergency assistance
I will use reasonable judgment about my ability to participate, seek appropriate medical advice when needed, follow rules and instructions, use suitable footwear/equipment, and tell the organizer about a hazard or inability to continue. I will not climb or hang on goals or alter equipment without permission. I may stop participating when I feel unsafe or unwell. No rating or attendance rule requires me to play through an injury.
I understand that Fieldrush is not a medical provider and may not have medical personnel on site. If I cannot make my own decision in an emergency, I authorize the organizer to request emergency assistance and provide responders with relevant information available to it, to the extent permitted by law. Responders and applicable law govern treatment. I remain responsible for medical charges legally owed by me; this does not waive a valid claim against a responsible party or determine whether an insurance policy applies.
4. Limited release of ordinary-negligence claims
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I RELEASE THE FIELDRUSH PARTIES FROM MY CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE COVERED ACTIVITIES TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY THEIR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE, INCLUDING ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE IN MATCH ORGANIZATION, FIELD INSPECTION, EQUIPMENT SETUP OR MAINTENANCE, SUPERVISION, OR REFEREEING.
THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO GROSS NEGLIGENCE, RECKLESSNESS, INTENTIONAL OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, FRAUD, OR ANY CLAIM OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE RELEASED. It does not excuse deliberate violence, require me to pay the Fieldrush Parties' defense costs for their own conduct, or waive a promised refund. No family member's or other person's independent rights are released by my signature.
I understand that the enforceability and scope of a release depend on applicable law and the circumstances. This document does not promise that a claim can never be brought or that a court must enforce every provision. It does not waive a jury trial or require arbitration.
5. How the participation and recording sections work together
Part A concerns participation risks and the limited release above. Accepting Part A alone does not authorize recording, livestreaming, promotional use of my image, marketing messages, or every possible use of my personal data. Part B of this same document describes match coverage and Fieldrush promotional use. Those media uses form part of the agreement for a recorded booking, not an additional optional advertising checkbox. Section 12 requires clear affirmative acceptance of Part B separately from the injury release. The media permission does not authorize promotional emails or texts.
The Cancellation & Refund Policy governs booking remedies; an injury does not require continued participation to preserve a request for review. Fieldrush will address removal and withdrawal requests under section 10 without retroactively changing the terms of a paid booking.
Arizona law applies to the extent legally permitted. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent they may fairly and lawfully stand alone. No new material release is added by an unpublished policy change. I can request a copy at hello@fieldrush.gg.
Part B — Recording and livestream consent
6. What may be recorded
Fieldrush LLC may film or photograph an identified match, including warmups and activity around the playing area. Coverage may capture my appearance, voice and incidental game audio, shirt/kit, play, and association with a team or game. A livestream or replay may display a public player name/username, game location/time, score, and statistics.
The notice for my booking must identify whether filming, live broadcasting, stored replays, and player-created clips are planned, and who can watch. It must be available before I pay or agree to a material change. Phone camera permission is not a substitute for this event-recording agreement.
Part B covers the booking identified in my acceptance record and any later Season 0 booking at which the same notice is shown and my permission is reconfirmed. It is not blanket permission for unrelated private activities.
7. Audience and sharing
Full-match audience — signed-in users only: All Season 0 full-match livestreams and replays are available only to signed-in Fieldrush users, including users who did not play. Full-match coverage is not offered for anonymous public viewing. Sharing a full-match link does not remove the sign-in requirement. The service does not promise confidentiality or prevent permitted player-clip exports or screen capture.
Coverage for every Season 0 game: video/photo coverage, game audio, livestream, stored replay, and exportable/shareable player clips.
Recording notice version: FR-RECORDING-2026-11-21-V1. The match identifier, date, venue, and applicable notice version are shown before payment and saved with the booking's acceptance record.
These are the disclosed full-match coverage settings for Season 0, not blank choices to complete or expand after payment. Fieldrush promotional photos and excerpts described in section 9 may be posted publicly under the separately acknowledged media permission even though full-match coverage is limited to signed-in users. Permitted personal clip sharing may result in wider redistribution outside Fieldrush's control.
Retention: Match recordings and clips are ordinarily retained for at least 365 days from recording or clip creation, with no automatic expiry. Continued retention is reviewed for the disclosed service and legitimate safety/legal needs. Verified removal or deletion requests and applicable legal requirements may require earlier removal, editing, or restriction. Permanent availability is not promised.
8. Core match-coverage permission
By accepting the core permission, I authorize Fieldrush and its production/hosting providers to capture, process, edit for ordinary presentation, store, broadcast, and display this coverage for the disclosed match service, replays, participant clips, results, and legitimate incident review. This is a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission for those purposes. Technical processing may include cropping, encoding, captions, overlays, and format conversion.
Where clips/downloads are disclosed, I understand that authorized users may create and personally share game clips that include me. This does not authorize harassment, deceptive edits, sale of my identity, or an unrelated commercial endorsement. Fieldrush's Terms govern the use of its sharing tools, but cannot guarantee that a viewer never makes an unauthorized copy.
This permission, including the promotional uses expressly described in section 9, does not transfer ownership of my identity or give Fieldrush unlimited rights to unrelated commercial uses. It does not authorize face-recognition templates, biometric identification, voice cloning, or training a general-purpose AI model on my likeness. A materially different use requires a separate explanation and any necessary permission.
9. Permission for Fieldrush posts and promotions
As part of accepting the media permission for a recorded booking, I agree that Fieldrush may publish identifiable photos or excerpts from my covered Season 0 games on its website, app, official social-media accounts, and in Fieldrush advertisements to describe and promote its soccer service. Appropriate public player names/usernames, match information, and permitted game audio may accompany that material. I understand that these promotional placements may be publicly visible.
This is a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission. I am not entitled to an appearance fee or approval of each compliant post or edit. It does not authorize sale of my identity, an endorsement of an unrelated product, harassment, a misleading synthetic depiction, or an edit that misrepresents my conduct. It is not consent to receive promotional emails or text messages.
I may ask Fieldrush to take down identifiable promotional content featuring me or stop future promotional uses by emailing hello@fieldrush.gg. The process and limits are explained in section 10. This permission is not described as perpetual or irrevocable. The intended uses must be clearly disclosed before I accept and pay; Fieldrush cannot infer this permission from attendance alone or from an earlier agreement that did not include it.
10. Removal requests and changing my decision
To request removal of a Fieldrush promotional photo, post, or video featuring me, or to withdraw permission for future promotional uses, I can email hello@fieldrush.gg. I should include my account/name, the game date, and a link, screenshot, or timestamp where available. Fieldrush may ask for reasonable information to identify the content and verify that the request concerns me.
After identifying the content and verifying the request, Fieldrush will remove the identifiable promotional content, or edit it so I am no longer identifiable, from placements it controls as reasonably practicable. This includes stopping affected active advertisements and making reasonable removal requests to providers handling those placements for Fieldrush. Fieldrush will stop making new promotional uses of my likeness after processing a withdrawal. It will explain any specific legal or practical limitation rather than promise that every copy disappears immediately. Making a good-faith removal or withdrawal request does not itself reduce my SR or cancel an existing paid booking.
I may also request review of a full-match replay, another user's clip, or other identifiable footage, or make a privacy/data-deletion request. Fieldrush will assess removal, editing, restriction, or another appropriate action and explain any lawful retention reason. A request about a promotional post does not automatically delete the underlying match recording or the entire account; I can specify the scope of my request.
Before a filmed match, I may contact Fieldrush to discuss withdrawal of match-coverage permission or an accommodation. Some matches cannot practicably exclude one player from coverage; Fieldrush does not promise a private or non-recorded version of every game. Where filming was clearly disclosed before booking, cancellation is handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law. If Fieldrush materially adds or expands recording after I book, I may decline that change and receive a refund rather than be forced to accept it.
Withdrawal does not undo a livestream already transmitted or necessarily make previous lawful processing unlawful. Fieldrush cannot guarantee retrieval of downloads, independent reposts, or copies outside its control. Deleting a profile clip does not by itself delete the underlying recording. Recognizable footage remains personal information even if a player name is removed. The Privacy Policy explains retention and request handling; no permanent availability is promised.
11. Limits and privacy around the venue
This permission is for identified soccer coverage, not deliberate capture of private conversations, changing areas, bathrooms, treatment areas, or unrelated activities. It does not give consent on behalf of other players, spectators, staff, or minors. Fieldrush must separately address venue permission, notices, camera placement, and other people's rights. A sign is not a substitute for an enrolled player's required acceptance.
No particular camera angle, individual highlight, uninterrupted broadcast, or successful recording is promised unless expressly included in the booking. Part B does not itself release personal-injury claims or modify refund rights. Part A contains the separately acknowledged limited participation release.
12. Acknowledgments and signature
[ ] PARTICIPATION AND AGE: I confirm that I am 18 or older, have read Part A, and have had an opportunity to ask questions before participating. I am signing for myself.
[ ] LIMITED RELEASE: I understand that section 4 releases certain ordinary-negligence claims where enforceable, but not the excluded claims listed there. I knowingly and voluntarily agree to that limited release.
[ ] RECORDING, PUBLIC POSTS, AND PROMOTIONAL USE: For the recorded booking identified below, I have read Part B and the completed recording notice in section 7. I agree to the disclosed recording, livestream, replay, and clip uses and to Fieldrush posting identifiable match photos/excerpts in its own public promotions, social posts, and advertisements under section 9. I understand the removal-request and withdrawal process in section 10. This separate media acknowledgment is required for every Season 0 booking; all Season 0 games have the coverage described in section 7.
Authenticated acceptance record: Your full name and account/participant identifier, the server-recorded acceptance date and time, and the separate participation, limited-release, and media acknowledgments are recorded in the app.
Covered participation season: Season 0.
Covered booking: The match identifier, date, and venue shown before payment are saved with your acceptance record.
Recording notice version: FR-RECORDING-2026-11-21-V1.
Agreement version accepted: FR-PARTICIPATION-2026-11-21-V1.
Reading or downloading this public copy does not sign it or record acceptance. Required acknowledgments are completed through the authenticated booking flow.
Electronic acceptance must identify the adult participant, record the exact text/version, server timestamp, participation-release and Part B acknowledgments, and allow the participant to retain a copy. The combined agreement can be displayed in one signing flow, but the public-posting/promotional language must be prominent before acceptance, not hidden behind a generic injury-waiver label. For later recorded Season 0 games, show the applicable recording notice and reconfirm the media permission. Preserve any earlier withdrawal/removal request: a routine booking must not silently reinstate withdrawn promotional permission. Any reinstatement requires a new, explicit choice. Do not overwrite historical accepted records. A prechecked box, attendance alone, or a party leader's acceptance is not the intended signing method.
