Cancellation & Refund Policy
Individual US soccer bookings · Season 0
Version: FR-REFUNDS-2026-11-21-V1
Effective date: November 21, 2026
Website: https://fieldrush.gg
For ordinary player cancellations: 24+ hours before kickoff = 100%; 10 to under 24 hours = 50%; under 10 hours = 0%. Fieldrush-canceled games before kickoff receive a full refund for valid affected bookings. Read the detailed exceptions below.
1. Scope and the policy attached to your booking
This policy applies to individual US soccer bookings sold by Fieldrush LLC. Prices are shown in US dollars. The version presented before payment is saved with your booking; a later policy change does not retroactively reduce your refund entitlement. A clearly disclosed, more favorable booking-specific benefit remains available. Any lawful different event terms must be expressly shown before purchase, not added after payment.
This policy concerns fees and attendance consequences, not medical compensation or SR arithmetic. A waived or reduced SR loss is not a cash refund, and a cash refund does not itself determine whether a match counts toward SR.
2. When you cancel
The applicable window is measured from the scheduled kickoff in your confirmed booking to the time we receive a valid cancellation. The app should display the game's local time; the elapsed-hour calculation uses actual timestamps, not calendar-day labels.
| Valid cancellation received | Match-fee refund | Ordinary reliability consequence |
|---|---|---|
| At least 24 hours before kickoff | 100% | No cancellation strike |
| At least 10 hours but less than 24 hours before kickoff | 50% | One late-cancellation strike |
| Less than 10 hours before kickoff, but before kickoff | 0% | One late-cancellation strike |
| At or after kickoff, or a no-show | 0% | Two no-show strikes |
Boundary examples: exactly 24 hours qualifies for 100%; exactly 10 hours qualifies for 50%. A cancellation 9 hours 59 minutes before kickoff does not qualify for the partial refund.
Percentages apply to the match fee actually paid after discounts, with applicable taxes/mandatory charges adjusted consistently with the refunded service and law. A separate refundable deposit is handled under section 4. A full-refund promise means the full amount owed for that booking, without an undisclosed deduction for Fieldrush's payment-processing costs. A free booking does not generate a cash refund.
Use the booking's cancellation control and keep its confirmation. Deleting the app, leaving a group chat, or telling another player is not cancellation. If a technical problem prevents cancellation, promptly email hello@fieldrush.gg with the booking ID and evidence of the attempted cancellation. We will review the attempt and timestamp rather than automatically penalize an error caused by Fieldrush.
3. Lateness, no-shows, and attendance review
Your booking shows the check-in deadline and no-show cutoff. Late admission is at the referee's discretion and does not extend the game or ordinarily reduce the fee. A booked player who genuinely participates should have their actual attendance reviewed rather than be treated as wholly absent merely because a timer ran.
An ordinary late check-in may receive one reliability strike; a no-show receives two. We do not stack a late and no-show penalty for the same absence. Verified Fieldrush/venue errors and accepted emergencies can be corrected through review. Active reliability strikes ordinarily expire after 90 days, although the incident record may remain for a legitimate appeal, safety, or legal need. Repeated incidents can trigger the booking restrictions disclosed in the applicable reliability rules.
A player is never required to continue while injured or unsafe to avoid a penalty. Attendance classification, injury review, and SR eligibility are separate decisions.
4. Reliability deposits
Fieldrush may require a refundable reliability deposit for certain bookings based on the applicable attendance or reliability requirements. Any deposit will be identified separately, and its amount, eligibility conditions, and return or forfeiture rules will be disclosed before you authorize payment. No additional deposit is charged without your authorization.
Return or retention of a deposit is governed by the conditions accepted for that booking, any approved exception, and applicable law. A later rule change cannot retroactively reduce an existing refund entitlement. Any deposit refund is sent to the original payment method rather than converted into compulsory credit.
5. When Fieldrush cancels or materially changes the offer
If Fieldrush or the venue cancels before kickoff, players with valid affected bookings receive 100% of the amount paid for that booking, including any refundable deposit and applicable charges. We may offer an alternative date or credit, but accepting that alternative is your choice; it is not a replacement for a promised cash refund without your agreement.
If we materially change the date, time, location, core included service, or recording audience after you book, we will explain the change and let you accept it or decline for a full refund. A routine field-number correction within the same venue is not automatically a material change, but we will consider a genuine accessibility or attendance impact.
A booking you already voluntarily canceled is ordinarily handled under the cancellation terms that applied when you canceled, unless law or a more favorable promise requires otherwise. We do not issue two refunds for the same amount.
6. Games ending early and insufficient attendance
If a game ends earlier than scheduled, you may request a refund through in-app support or by emailing hello@fieldrush.gg. Requests are reviewed case by case, considering the reason the game ended, the service delivered, the terms accepted for the booking, and applicable law. This policy does not promise an automatic refund or a fixed refund percentage for every shortened game. We will explain the outcome of your request and honor any more favorable booking-specific entitlement or remedy required by law. A credit or replacement session may be offered as an alternative with your agreement.
Games are scheduled as 7v7, but a disclosed reduced/uneven format may be used when players are absent or leave. A completed game within the format rules disclosed before booking does not automatically receive a refund solely because teams were uneven or SR was adjusted. If we cannot offer the minimum disclosed format before starting, you may decline an optional friendly/alternative and receive a full refund. If the organized match cannot continue after starting, you may request a refund under the review process above.
A person whose own no-show or substantiated misconduct caused the problem does not automatically receive the same discretionary remedy as attendees who complied with the rules. Other attendees' requests must still be considered fairly; a forfeit decision for ranking purposes does not, by itself, authorize keeping every attendee's fee. This section does not reduce the full-refund commitments for a pre-kickoff Fieldrush/venue cancellation or a qualifying material change described in section 5.
7. Injuries, emergencies, and removal for misconduct
For bookings accepted under this policy, an individual injury or voluntary early departure does not automatically create a fee refund; injury and genuine medical or serious personal emergency requests are reviewed case by case. We will honor any stronger entitlement saved with an existing booking, including a more favorable referee-verified injury refund rule. This prospective review policy does not reduce an earlier booking's promised benefit. Provide only the information reasonably needed for review; stop playing and seek assistance when necessary.
Verified injury itself is not an attendance strike. Routine traffic or a change of plans is not automatically an emergency exception. A player removed for substantiated unsafe conduct or deliberate abandonment ordinarily receives no refund for their own unused time. Incorrect removals and venue/operator mistakes can be appealed. Unrelated future bookings canceled by Fieldrush are separately refunded rather than automatically forfeited as an added penalty.
8. Payment errors, timing, and credits
Refunds for new card/digital-wallet bookings are sent to the original payment method. We do not automatically put them into Field Wallet. A captured payment for which no booking can be provided is refunded in full. Contact us about a suspected duplicate charge; an unresolved authorization or processing status is not necessarily a second settled payment.
We initiate approved refunds through the payment processor promptly. Bank/card posting times vary, and a requested refund is not the same as a settled refund. We will provide the status/reference available to us and investigate a failed or unusually delayed refund. Any promise of a particular processing deadline must be separately verified before it is advertised.
Historical wallet credits or separately issued promotional credits keep their disclosed conditions and currency; they are not silently converted to cash or another currency. Nonrefundable promotional credit is not the same as a purchased or legally refundable balance. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a game, issue a refund, or authorize blanket forfeiture of money legally owed.
9. Requests, reviews, and rights
Contact hello@fieldrush.gg or in-app support with your booking ID, match date, and the issue. For an attendance or referee decision, submit an internal appeal as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, so evidence can be checked. Reasonable late requests may be considered, and this internal timeframe does not shorten a statutory claim period or eliminate payment/consumer rights.
Fieldrush may grant a more generous remedy after reviewing the facts; similar cases should be treated consistently. We will not retaliate for a good-faith complaint or lawful payment dispute. This policy does not limit nonwaivable rights and is not an injury release.
